T&C’s to avail the credits

  • It’s applicable only to non-profit companies, NGO's, & SMBs with less than 50 employees.

  • One has to be an existing SurveySparrow customer with a paid subscription of February 29th 2020

  • The credits availed will be equivalent to their last paid invoice max upto 3 months

  • The only way to avail the credits is via applying through the form

  • The availed credits will be added to their SurveySparrow Wallet

  • Any misrepresentations or false information in an application found , either at the time of submission or later, will get you removed from this program

  • SurveySparrow holds the right to discontinue this program at any time and not take additional applications.

  • The wallet credits cannot be encashed, or transferred to any bank account

  • The wallet credits can only be used for plan renewals or upgrades.

  • SurveySparrow reserves the right to approve or reject any application and the decision be deemed final.
