3 Tips on How to Design the Best Trainer Evaluation Form Using SurveySparrow Features
Use rating, opinion, and Likert scale questions
Research shows that rating scale questions can fetch more responses than text-type questions with respect to feedback collection. So it is ideal to use rating, opinion, and likert questions to collect qualitative data and you can even redirect them to open-ended questions to ask reasons when they provide a poor rating.
Enable an anonymous option for genuine responses
If you want to get honest feedback, collect responses from trainees anonymously. This tip is effective when the trainer is holding an influential position. The fear of losing the job, or unnecessary work rivalry will pull back trainees from giving proper feedback. If they are given the option to not reveal their identity, they will give you candid responses.
Collect feedback using multiple-page format
While designing the form, try to create separate sections for evaluating the trainer. Use multiple page options to gather responses in an organized manner. This will give clarity to your trainees and if possible, you can also provide scoring using our expressions feature.
