You can easily create a free account without a credit card. After you create an account with SurveySparrow, you can explore all the features available in our Enterprise plan during the 14-day free trial period.
You get access to the Enterprise plan during your trial with a limit of up to 100 responses.
When the free trial ends, you will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan and won’t be able to access the features in the paid plans. However, you can upgrade anytime as per your requirement and access our best-in-class features.

SurveySparrow is a subscription-based service, which means that your plan auto-renews every quarter or year (depending on the term you choose).
SurveySparrow admins can change the subscription level. There are two options when downgrading from a paid subscription to the Free subscription:

1. We can automatically downgrade you to the Free subscription at your next renewal date. Your subscription will remain active at its current level until the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for.
2. Alternatively, you can downgrade to the Free subscription immediately. If there is more than one day until your renewal date, we will adjust the remaining balance on your account pro-rata and hold it on your account as a credit. You can use that credit towards reactivation of your paid subscription in the future.
We do not offer refunds.
