How to set up your Zoho CRM Survey Integration


A webhook in web development is a method of augmenting or altering the behavior of a web page, or web application, with custom callbacks.

Step 1: Navigate to Setup > Automation > Workflow Rules.

Step 2: Click Create New Rule.

Step 3: Select Module(Deal), Rule name(Trigger Feedback Survey when deal is lost) and Description.

Step 4: Select the Condition - Deal stage is Closed Lost.

Step 5: Choose Webhook in Instant Action.

Step 6: Enter the name of the Webhook.

Step 7: Enter the URL -{share_id}

Step 8: Select the Method - POST

Step 9: Enter the URL Parameters(In this case, Deal ID).

Step 10: Acess_Token should be sent via URL. For example:['${Leads.Email}']

Step 11: Save and test the Workflow.
