Stripe Integration with SurveySparrow lets you collect payments or donations from respondents via credit/debit cards through your survey forms. From making the payments online to securely collecting the purchase amounts, and managing your transactions efficiently, the Integration has got you all covered.
Add the Payment question type in your Classic/Chat survey to collect the payments securely. Authorize your Stripe account with SurveySparrow. All the data collected during the payment integration is encrypted, leaving no room for fraudulence.
The respondents can avail of discounts by entering the coupon code at the time of making the payment. Once the coupon code is entered, they can see the discounted amount to be paid before the transaction. As soon as the payment gets done, you can access the detailed payment information in your Stripe account.
Enable the Auto-Receipt toggle and select the email question type from the dropdown list. Once the respondent completes the payment successfully, an invoice is sent to their email ID only if the Email receipt is enabled in your Stripe account.
Connect your SurveySparrow account with Stripe.
Step 1: After creating your form, select the Payment question type from the Question Type Panel.
Step 2: Click on Connect to Stripe. Enter the required details and authorize access to your Stripe account.
Step 3: You will be redirected back to your form once you've authorized access.
Step 4: You can enter the price manually or use Expressions to calculate the final amount. If you have used Expressions in your form, enable 'Use Expressions' to display the final amount in your question.
Step 5: Pick the currency from the given dropdown list. You can have your pick from 13 different currencies.
