Employee Warning Mail
When an employee's performance doesn't improve, a warning mail is used to let them know they may be terminated. Essentially, it's one last chance for the employee to improve before they're let go. When used in conjunction with a probationary period, this letter gives the employee a chance to improve their performance.

Our policies and guidelines are designed to keep employees at all levels feel open and safe. Since you have been found violating the rules, we’re forced to put you on a warning period from ____to _____ where your behaviour will be closely monitored.
A recurrence of any act of violation to company policies would be followed by strict action such as
- Suspension without pay or
- Termination without prior notice
