By and large, an HR executive or talent acquisition executive is responsible for making strategic decisions to attract, develop and retain the best talent to work for our organization. The role of an HR executive also extends to creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • An HR executive fulfils the following HR objectives: review business goals, recommend new HR agendas, policies, and approaches for continual improvements and focus on enhancing productivity and meeting business objectives.
  • Initiate and maintain employee compensation cases for tracking, reporting, and legal mechanics is part of HR executive responsibilities. 
  • The human resource executive is expected to conduct company-wide town hall meetings to convey updates.
  • Managing employee conflicts by employing conflict resolution techniques is an essential part of HR executive skills. 
  • HR executives have to coordinate with senior stakeholders and handle managerial needs by implementing fresh solutions into business strategies.
  • The HR admin executive will also be expected to document human resources record and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personal information.
  • The HR executive has to conduct annual salary surveys and develop, analyze, and update company salary budgets.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of HR experience, either as a generalist in a senior role or as a specialist in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Demonstrable experience with full-cycle recruiting.
