- The human resource executive is expected to conduct company-wide town hall meetings to convey updates.
- Managing employee conflicts by employing conflict resolution techniques is an essential part of HR executive skills.
- HR executives have to coordinate with senior stakeholders and handle managerial needs by implementing fresh solutions into business strategies.
- The HR admin executive will also be expected to document human resources record and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personal information.
- The HR executive has to conduct annual salary surveys and develop, analyze, and update company salary budgets.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of HR experience, either as a generalist in a senior role or as a specialist in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Demonstrable experience with full-cycle recruiting.
