In your role as a business analyst, you will drive the growth and success of the company. Your analyst responsibilities include finding, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives throughout the business analysis process to improve business efficiency, from cost reduction to process optimization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Business analysts conduct interviews with key business users to collect information on business processes and user requirements.
  • Business analyst tasks include assessing the impact of current business processes on users and stakeholders, and evaluating potential areas for improvement.
  • A business analyst evaluates business requirements, leveraging information to forecast costs relating to hardware, software, and consulting.
  • Business analyst responsibilities include improving business direction by prioritizing customers and implementing changes based on collected feedback.
  • The role of a business analyst is key to improving processes within collections, and rigorously testing and learning strategies throughout collections processes.
  • Moreover, they also build and harmonize operations reports for team leaders, senior managers, and executives, supervising automation of reports and data sources to eliminate errors.
  • Business analysts encourage stakeholders to approach assessments analytically, and offer unique insights to bring new understanding to risk management programs.
  • Other business analyst tasks include: define and lead strategies to reduce delinquent accounts, analyze written-off accounts to drive additional recovery, and introduce settlement and hardship programs to increase delinquent customer response rates.

Key Requirements
  • Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in analytics and systems development.
  • Proficient in SQL language, database management and process documentation.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate data into actionable information.
