Challenge

N-iX used a free-to-use basic surveying tool to roll out surveys. Like all other free things available out there, this too came with its own set of limitations. Since N-iX held customer relationships and quality in high regards, they were in search of a convenient software that suited their needs. An easy-to-use software that helped them roll out NPS surveys once a quarter and gain customer insights with ease. After a lot of introspection and research, N-iX decided to try out SurveySparrow. It didn’t take them much time to observe that SurveySparrow ticked all their needs and passed all their tests.

Solution

In the process of gaining a more in-depth insight into their customers, N-iX used SurveySparrow to conduct NPS surveys. Compared to the software that they had used before, SurveySparrow offered them a unique and reliable way to communicate with their customers- by personalizing and automating emails and surveys. White-labeling and the responsiveness of the platform helped them achieve excellent insights. N-iX was also able to gain easy access to the data extracted using the software. The platform helped them track their detractors, analyze what went wrong by exporting the extracted data to PowerBI, then take appropriate actions, and pass it on to different teams and relevant stakeholders.
