Before the inception of akirolabs’ AI-powered SaaS platform our customers previously relied on Excel and manual processes to align procurement activities with business needs. This made it difficult to manage complex workflows and slowed down analysis, particularly when working with qualitative and unstructured data. As a result, drawing insights and ensuring consistency across strategic planning efforts remained a challenge.

To improve how their customers collected and used procurement data, Akiro Labs embedded SurveySparrow directly into their platform. This enabled procurement teams to move away from manual processes and use customizable surveys to capture high-quality, structured inputs across departments.
With flexible question types, SurveySparrow made it easier to gather qualitative insights. Executive dashboards and reporting tools helped turn responses into actionable sourcing decisions.
