Time sure does fly.
A year has gone in absolutely no time. How did you ring in this new year, folks? It must be quite a task to return to the daily routine after the holiday season, isn’t it?
While you hit the gym to get rid of all the ‘holiday weight’ or reach your desk with a Dunkin’ Donut, we bring you the newest features of SurveySparrow.
Let’s start the new year with some feature goodies then, shall we?

New member in the Reports Filters

We had brought you advanced filters for reports during the holiday season, and the thought of making it more refined never left our brains. And we introduced a new filter. Our good old custom params; yup, the same one that brings the magic of personalization to your online surveys.
Say you are conducting a study to find out the user experience while driving marketing campaigns on different social channels. For this, you have created a custom param called, say, channel. You don’t have to go on a search mission to know which channel has a better user rating. Add the custom params filter, insert the name of the channel, and hit the apply button. What you see next is the reports, laid according to the channel of your preference.

Custom params in the reports filters help you to get pin-point and extract insights.

Save the date!

Oh, no… No one is tying the knot here. We are talking about the new question type that has been roped in. The Date question type helps you to collect date-related inputs from respondents.

Got a party to plan? An appointment to fix? Create your survey and ask your respondents about their convenient date & time.

Get date inputs from your respondents using date question type.

Personalize is the new black

We needn’t elucidate on the power of personalization. A personalized email, survey, or message is a sure head-turner that makes your content stand out from the crowd.
Imagine you wish to gather the experience guests had, after staying at a hotel. Instead of the cliche “We would like your feedback,” you can spice things up by asking “John, how was your stay at Hotel X?”. Which of the two options do you think would get you more open rates and CTR?
Similarly, you can add custom params in the notification emails you receive, when a new response is entered.

Include custom params in emails and personalize them to get excellent audience management.

That’s a wrap for now. As always, we’ll see you next month with a new bunch of features.
Meanwhile, you folks (try) turn over a new leaf with your new year resolutions! *wink*

Until next time,
From all of us at SurveySparrow.

Cheers!
