Job Description:
We’re looking for a data analyst with strong analytical and statistical aptitude who can identify areas of opportunity and optimize the business to grow in smarter, faster ways.
Responsibilities:
- Identify areas to improve the data quality and help to resolve data quality problems
- Mine customer-level data and analyze it to gain a better understanding of their usage behaviors
- Help define the way product success is measured and play an instrumental role in finding opportunity fields to help the organization grow
- Collaborate with other teams to provide your data expertise to drive growth, customer retention & engagement
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product team to build models from existing data and identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of working experience
- Excellent programming skills in SQL and Python. R is a plus.
- Excellent data visualization skills with relevant experience working with related tools
- Keen interest in data and business analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with a sharp intellect
- Keen interest in interpreting trends or patterns in data sets
- Interest and ability to juggle numbers & data to uncover insights from them
- A detail-oriented person who is a natural team player
