Job Description:

As a Channel Sales Associate, you will identify and develop new business opportunities for partner relationships. You will primarily be responsible for generating sales revenue through channel partners.


  • Build the universe of prospective partners; research and develop a deep understanding of the market
  • Prospect for, uncover and evaluate new partner business opportunities
  • Work with the Senior management to lead the negotiation of any new contracts with partners
  • Own and manage existing partner relationships including contract renewals
  • Communicate and facilitate understanding of the scope of support and partner expectations
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service & support solutions on a partner level
  • Ensure consistent timely resolution of partner issues
  • Ensure consistent professional conduct
  • Establish cadence to review partner performance, develop action plans and identify emerging issues
  • Sending weekly/monthly activity report to the reporting manager
  • Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed
  • Responsible for special projects as assigned


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Proven channel sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
